WHY THIS MODULE EXISTS
A qualification questionnaire rarely stops at company-level questions about policy and process. It asks what a specific product contains, which components go into it, what you measure, and what limits you hold those measurements to.
Product answers are usually held by one specialist, in a file only they maintain. Two reviewers answering the same question three months apart then give two different answers, and nobody notices until a customer does.
The catalog gives those questions a single maintained source inside the same application as the review, with the composition, the expected values, and the recorded results attached to the product rather than to a person.

REFERENCE AND ANALYSIS
Set a lower limit, an upper limit, or both. Docusense keeps the range with the recorded result and marks values outside it.
RECORDED HISTORY
Analysis results are append-only. Nothing edits or deletes a recorded set, because an analysis is a statement about what a laboratory measured at one point in time.
Rather than overwriting a set, a correction is recorded as another one. The latest result is simply the most recent, which means the history a customer or auditor asks about is still there rather than having been tidied away.
Each result stores the reference limits as they stood when it was recorded. If you widen or tighten an acceptable range later, an earlier result still shows the range it was actually judged against, so changing a limit today cannot retroactively make a past measurement pass or fail.
