LIBRARY

Turn source documents into a library people can inspect and search.

Administrators add the documents your organization relies on. Docusense prepares each file for search, keeps the original available, and lets users open the source behind a citation.

DOCUMENT PROCESSING

From uploaded file to searchable document.

The library keeps the original file and the content Docusense prepares from it. You can see where each document is in the process.

  1. 01

    Import the source

Administrators can add PDF, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and PPTX files by default. Docusense stores each original and queues it for processing.

  2. 02

    Prepare the document

Docusense creates readable content, a summary, and searchable sections. The library shows the processing status and how many sections are ready.

  3. 03

    Decide what search can use

Tags group related material. An administrator can exclude a document from cited search without removing it from the library, or reprocess the original when needed.

DOCUMENT VIEW

Look inside each document.

Open a document to read its summary and processed content, search its sections, or download the original file. The list shows status, tags, section progress, and who added it.

TENANT KNOWLEDGE

The library is shared inside one tenant.

Authenticated users in the tenant can read library documents. Administrators manage imports, tags, search inclusion, reprocessing, and deletion.

Library data is not shared, searched, or matched with another tenant. Customer assignments limit questionnaire access, while the library remains available across the tenant.
