Who handles your information
We handle personal information submitted through this website for Docusense enquiries. You can contact us at docusense@curlybracket.nl.
Information we collect
The demo form asks for your name, work email address, company, job title, and an optional note about your document workflow. It also records the page where the request was sent and, when present in the URL, the UTM source, medium, and campaign. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information contained in that message.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide that check. Its handling of that information is covered byCloudflare’s privacy policy.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare a relevant demonstration, discuss whether Docusense fits your requirements, and follow up on that conversation. We do not use the demo form to create an advertising profile or sell your information.
Our legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and exploring a possible business relationship. When an enquiry concerns a possible contract with you, we may also process the information to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
Services involved
Form submissions are sent through the Docusense lead service and recorded in Salesforce so we can manage the enquiry. Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check. Email providers process messages sent directly to us. These providers handle information under their own service and privacy terms.
International processing
Cloudflare, Salesforce, and the email provider may process information outside the European Economic Area, depending on the relevant account and service configuration. The contractual arrangements for those services determine the applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information while it remains relevant to the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, or a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner when no obligation requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to certain uses, or ask us to restrict processing. The rights available to you depend on the applicable law. Email docusense@curlybracket.nl to make a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands, this is theAutoriteit Persoonsgegevens. TheEuropean Commission explains these rightsin more detail.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the public Docusense website and demo enquiries. It does not describe how a deployed Docusense application handles questionnaire data inside a tenant. That depends on the selected deployment and the agreements for that deployment.
