Same question, not similar topic
A source may be used only when it asks for the same fact, field, metric, status, or confirmation. Sharing a category, a business area, or similar wording is not enough, and for named roles, contacts, certificates, sites, and dates the match has to be exact.
No placeholder answers
Where nothing genuinely supports an answer, the question is left blank rather than filled with the closest available source or with a phrase such as “not available”. A blank tells a reviewer the question needs them, which is more useful than a plausible near miss.
