Every suggestion carries the material it came from, and a reviewer can open it. A system that produces answers without showing where they came from asks to be trusted on nothing.
ABOUT DOCUSENSE
Docusense is made by Curlybracket. We build it for organizations that answer qualification questionnaires often enough that the work has become a real cost, and carefully enough that they will not let a model answer on their behalf.
WHY THIS PRODUCT EXISTS
Answering a supplier or customer questionnaire is rarely difficult in the sense of requiring new thought. Most of what is asked has been answered before, by someone in the organization, in a document that exists. The cost is in finding it, confirming it is still accurate, checking it against current policy, and writing it out again.
A general-purpose assistant is a poor fit for that, because it has no access to what your organization has said and no way to show you where an answer came from. The useful thing to automate is the retrieval and the assembly. The judgment stays where it was.
HOW WE BUILD IT
These are design commitments rather than aspirations. Each one is visible in how the software behaves, and each one costs something we decided was worth paying.
Every suggestion carries the material it came from, and a reviewer can open it. A system that produces answers without showing where they came from asks to be trusted on nothing.
Where no source supports an answer, Docusense leaves the field empty rather than adapting something that answers a different question. A blank field is honest and takes a reviewer less time than a plausible near miss.
Nothing reaches a response without someone saving it. The product is built to prepare work and present evidence, not to sign off on your behalf.
The pages on this site describe functionality that exists. Where something is a limitation, a trade-off, or a matter for negotiation, we would rather write that down than discover it together during a security review.
WHO IT IS FOR
Docusense is bought by a department that answers questionnaires and approved by the people responsible for systems and data. We build for both, which is why the deployment options are real choices rather than a hosted product with a self-hosted footnote.
Sales, bid, quality, compliance, and technical specialists who share one questionnaire between them, maintain reusable knowledge, review each item, and decide what belongs in the response.
